US THIS YEAR!
Record numbers turned out for the LDAF/SunTrust Mortgage Race for Autism
in 2007. Runners and walkers alike came from across the state and
region to participate in a great weekend of activities including a
terrific pasta dinner, a race day party featuring great music, free
massages, tons of prizes and great snacks all donated by many friends of
the Lower Delaware Autism Foundation. Race activities included the half
marathon and team relay, 5K, one mile walk and Kiddie K.
All proceeds raised by the Foundation will directly benefit the local
autistic population by underwriting such worthy causes as the LDAF
Scholarship Fund, Most at the Coast Conference, Physician’s Awareness
Program and programming such as the Adaptive Bike Camp, Summer Swim and
Educational Toys for Autism. |
